Mini Military Mud Run Rugby April 2019

I understand and agree that I have read and fully understood all the terms of the disclaimer set out below.  I will confirm that a parent/ guardian will be required to sign a copy of the disclaimer on behalf of the child entered.  I will also be required to sign a copy of the disclaimer if running with a child.  I acknowledge the nature and potential hazards of my or my child's participation in the Mini Mud Run obstacle course.  If I am unwilling to accept the risks I should not take part in the event.

I agree that children under the age of 10 years  of age must be accompanied by an adult.  

I agree to accept the terms of Military Fitness Circuits withdrawal policy which are that entries are not transferable to any other event and refunds will not be issued.

Military Fitness Circuits reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control and for safety reasons.  Military Fitness Circuits will provide a full refund or transfer the place to another scheduled event, Should this Happen.

I agree to provide all information required truthfully and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Whilst ever effort is made to create as much mud as possible extreme weather conditions may hamper this.  MMMR will accept no liability for this.
