A day of performing arts for ages 7 - 12. No previous performing arts skills required - just bring oodles of curiosity and a sense of adventure
Join us for a day of creative fun at the Jukebox Show in a Day, organised by New Projects Association! This exciting event is perfect for children ages 7-12 who love theatre and want to explore their creativity. With a jam-packed schedule of activities, your child will have the opportunity to learn new skills, make friends and let their imagination run wild.
At the Jukebox Show in a Day, your child will be able to immerse themselves in the world of theatre. From acting and singing to dancing and devising a story line, our experienced team will guide them through every step of the process. They'll get to work with other children who share their interest for performance to create an unforgettable performance they can showcase at the end of the day. Not only will this event be a great outlet for self-expression, but it's also a fantastic way for your child to build confidence and try something new. So why wait? Timings of the day
10am arrival - parent 'drop off' (parent to sign their child in)
10.15 - 10.30 fun warm ups to get to know each other
10.30 - 4pm singing, dancing and acting workshops/put our show together
4 - 4.30pm Performance to invited family and guests
4.30 End (but we know you'll be asking 'when is the next Show in a Day?!)
Venue: Rucstall Community Hall, Basingstoke.
