Sandyford Building, Northumbria University, room 210, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom

What you need to know

Parks, streets, squares, shopping malls  what are your feelings and experiences of public space? How can we improve public space? This creative workshop allows participants to express their feelings through either art, collage or mapping.

Whether you are new to art, collage or mapping, or you have some experience, you are more than welcome!

This creative workshop is part two of the ESRC Festival of Science event 'Experiencing and improving public spaces' hosted by Ian Cook and Clare Wiper (Northumbria University).

If you have any queries about the event contact ian.cook@northumbria.ac.uk

This tour is preceded by a tour of pedestrian underpasses in Newcastle, which you are welcome to join (and requires separate booking). Click here for details and registration.
