WHO FANCIES AN IDYLLIC OBAN LESBIAN+ WEEKEND EVENTS  WINTER SPA IN GLENCOE WEEKEND, WITH THE OPTION FOR SNOWBOARDING OR SKI ING?   FRIDAY MARCH 6TH - SUNDAY MARCH 8TH

• We have the option to have 2 nights dinner B&B and spa at the Isle of Glencoe Hotel. 
• Enjoy 3 course dinners with other queer women over a cozy fire, lochside view, spa and mountains.
• It’s a beautiful hotel, where we can go for walks, sit in the sauna or explore Glencoe mountain.
• We would have the option to share a room (we can make introductions), have your own room or bring your campervan and join us.
• It will be a 3 course meal, with vegan and GF options.
• If it’s March, who would be up for paddleboarding right in front of the hotel or should we stick to snow sports?  You can get a chairlift up the mountain for just £18, then they provide sledges on the fake snow or just enjoy a sky high pint with other women.

We’ll have beautiful dinners, a great way to meet others, springtime Lochside or mountain walks and spa sessions.  We’ll arrive Friday, spa and walk on Saturday, before another beautiful dinner.  Sunday, you’ve got the option for a lazy group breakfast and spa or book a full day of ski or snowboarding lessons.

A full day of snowboarding or ski lessons on the dry slow (if no snow), is £135, including equipment hire. We’ve asked about a half day option.  If we snowboard or Ski we can do this on Friday and Sunday and keep Saturday for relaxing in the spa, a cold water swim or gentle hike.  The snowboarding lessons will be aimed at beginner to intermediate.  If you are more advanced, we suggest you post to see if others would like to join you for Sunday on the mountains, and hire equipment and a lift pass separately.

We have limited single occupancy double rooms.  If you’d like to share a room and save ££, please book one person for a twin room and post on our Facebook event, so you can meet others looking to share.  We can allocate you a room mate and introduce you shortly before the event.

SNOWBOARDING SUNDAY INFORMATION

09:00 – Arrive and get kitted out with skis, boots, and helmets
10:00 – Meet your instructor and head up the lift
10:00–12:30 – Morning instruction on the beginner area
12:30 – 30–45 min lunch break
13:15–15:30/16:00 – Afternoon session, aiming to progress onto a full
run (depending on snow conditions and daylight)
If snow cover is limited, we’ll make sure lessons can still go ahead on
our dry slope.
