Ticket Policy

All event tickets are non-refundable. However, you may resell your ticket under the following conditions:

• You must obtain the organiser’s approval before reselling.
• The full name of the new ticket holder must be submitted and approved prior to the sale.
• Tickets that are not officially transferred will be invalid.
• ID may be required on arrival for verification, to help ensure attendee safety.

You may resell your ticket on any platform except our official Facebook pages. An admin fee will apply.

Alternatively, you're welcome to roll your ticket over and join us next year.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover costs such as travel, accommodation, and event tickets. Please note: most policies won’t cover cancellations due to personal relationship changes.

We hope this won't be the case—and that you’ll join us for an unforgettable event, no matter your relationship status.

Can I resell my ticket?

Yes, but only with the organiser’s consent. You must:

• Get approval before selling your ticket.
• Provide the full name of the new ticket holder.
• Pay the appropriate admin fee.

Unapproved transfers or tickets sold without a name change will be invalid. ID may be required on arrival for attendee safety.

How much is the admin fee to transfer a ticket?

• Early bird ticket: £40
• Medium bird ticket: £25
• Late bird/general ticket: £12

Can I roll my ticket over to next year?

Yes, rollovers are allowed with a £25 admin fee.

Where can I sell my ticket?

Anywhere except the official Oban Lesbian Weekend Facebook pages.

How do I request a transfer, resale, or rollover?

Accommodation Terms & Cancellations

Hotels & Guesthouses (The Lancaster, DunMoore & Dunarle):

• Cancellations before 1 June: 50% refund (minus booking fee)
• Cancellations after 1 June: no refund
• Transfers allowed with organiser’s consent; subject to a 12% admin fee

Oban Backpackers & Oban Youth Hostel:

• Dorms: no refunds; transfers allowed with organiser approval and 12% admin fee
• Private rooms: £65 deposit is non-refundable
• Final payment due by 4 February 2025; failure to pay cancels booking and forfeits deposit
