Oktoberfest is coming back to Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club on Saturday 19th October.
We will be transforming the Rugby Club into a Bavarian wunderland, offering a taste of authentic German culture, traditional street food cuisine and only the best Oktoberfest beer.
- Gates open at 13:00 and
event close is 22:00, last entry will be 18:00.
- Please bring ticket either
on phone or printed to enter event.
- You are welcome to bring
your own stein to the event. Reusable steins will be available for purchase at
bars, you can then take stein home as souvenir.
- We accept both cash and
card payments.
- Please do not bring any
liquids, food, or drink into the event site (unless for medical reasons) as
they are not permitted and will be confiscated by security.
- There will be no cloakroom
in operation, we recommend that attendees do not to bring bags into event where
possible. No large bags will be permitted.
- We remind attendees to wear
suitable clothing for the conditions, marquee sides may be open.
- The event is over 18’s
only, absolutely no children or pets can be taken into the event space.
- Please wear suitable
footwear, the event takes place outside and the ground may be uneven.
- There will be no parking
available at the Rugby Club. The nearest parking is at The BMI or off Shirehall
Way, both a short walk to the Rugby Club.
- Please use St Botolph’s
Lane for drop-offs and to enter the event space.
