The OAT Annual Leadership Conference will take place on Thursday, 19 November and Friday, 20 November 2026 at Burleigh Court Conference Centre and Hotel, Loughborough.

Across two days, we'll bring together over 200 members of the Ormiston family, including principals, senior leaders, chairs of governors, trustees, special guests and pupils from across the Trust.

This year's conference, The Next Frontier, will explore how we can build on the strong progress already achieved within our schools and move from improvement to sustained excellence.

Many central team colleagues will be contributing directly through workshops, facilitation and conference delivery. Others will be attending to support learning, collaboration and professional dialogue across the Trust. Whatever your role, the conference provides an important opportunity for us to come together, learn from one another and strengthen our collective work in support of our schools.
