Thank you for your interest in the Every HR training event taking place at Ormiston Denes Academy. We ask that staff bring a laptop so they can practice navigating round the system rather than watching a screen. The ‘Every’ team will run the session and at least one of the OAT Project team will attend the event.

The event is limited to 15 attendees. If your chosen venue is fully booked please secure a place at another location or contact emma.pemberton@ormistonacademies.co.uk if you are unable to find availability at another event. 

Timings: The event will run from 9.30am until 3.30pm. Lunch will be provided.

 Course content  

• Workforce Census, as this will be the source system to report with in Nov 22
• Staff data transfer and making amendments to the data uploaded to ensure its right for staff payday Nov 22
• SCR
• New starters and contracts
• ATS, the new Every system for recruiting
• Attendance management and links to SIMS
• Casework area
• Additional hours and pay changes
• Pay progression

Each academy will start to review their own system and data up from September, whilst we will endeavour to upload as much as we can centrally, there will inevitably be an element of local input and cross checking to ensure that staff details are correct.

The session is for those staff who use the HR system day to day for recruitment, staff onboarding and management, and will be completing this work process.  

We ask that 2 people attend in case of sickness or holiday to make sure we are covered. Each person will need to register separately.

We will be using the support of some super users from OAT and Every HR thought the set up and change process, however, each academy will be responsible for its own staff data. 

Sept will be the time to populate the gaps and check against EPM, October for the first parallel run for payroll to see if the pay slips match EPM and Nov is the first live pay with Data Plan.
