By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:

Tropout Events Pty Ltd

  1. The person making a booking will be deemed to have accepted these Booking Conditions on behalf of everyone in the booking.
  2. Party Passes are not transferrable.
  3. Party Pass holders must be at least 18 years of age. Venues reserve the right to check ID and to refuse entry for those under the age of 18.
  4. TropOut Events Pty Ltd and its service providers reserve the right to exclude or remove you from any venues and to cancel your party pass, without a right of refund, if you are intoxicated, causing or threatening disturbance, or otherwise acting in a manner which adversely affects the enjoyment of other guests or has the potential to detrimentally affect the TropOut brand.
  5. TropOut Events Pty Ltd hereby disclaims liability for any loss of or damage to you, including loss of life or injury, and loss of or damage to any of your property, however such loss or damage may be caused. Unless this disclaimer is excluded or limited by law, you warrant that you will not make or pursue any claim against TropOut Events Pty Ltd in respect of any such loss or damage, however caused. Notwithstanding, the maximum liability of TropOut Events Pty Ltd shall be the refunding of any monies actually paid.
  6. You give TropOut Events Pty Ltd a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use or distribute your photograph or likeness in all forms for any future marketing or any other lawful purpose at TropOut Events Pty Ltd discretion. You release and hold TropOut Events Pty Ltd (and its officers, employees and agents) harmless from the publication or distribution of your photograph or likeness. 
  7. You acknowledge that advertised entertainers may become unavailable for, or cancel, a performance for a range of reasons. If an advertised entertainer becomes unavailable, then you acknowledge that TropOut Events Pty Ltd will endeavour, but is not obligated to, secure an alternative performer, and in the event of the unavailability or cancellation of a performer, you will have no claims against TropOut Events Pty Ltd in connection with the unavailability or cancellation
  8. TropOut Events Pty Ltd excludes all implied conditions and warranties except any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which would contravene any statutory provision or cause any part of this clause to be void.
  9. These Booking Conditions are exclusively governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any action arising under them or in any way connected with the travel arrangements may be bought only in a court in Victoria, Australia (and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts).
