Please do 1 booking per PATHS student but be sure to include an attendee for each person attending with the student as well. For example, the booking information will be for PATHS Student Jane Doe, there will be attendee Jane Doe, and also Mrs. Janet Doe, and Mr. John Doe (Jane's parents). Each attendee will then be registered. This will give me a correct head count on who's attending. Of course, we understand when things change and the actual attendees may be different.
