The barn is on an active farm 3 miles from the hospital. It has a beautiful and rural vibe. 

The professional venue hosts functions and weddings. It has a licensed bar and toilets.  

It is a little uneven under foot and so don't wear your finest or daintiest shoes. ;)

Also, bring a jumper or coat as it may get cool. 

Free parking in a nearby field. Cars can be left overnight and taxis know the barn well.

Head to Gallows Gate roundabout.

If you are coming from the Marldon road (Torquay) then

50-100 yards before you get to the roundabout take the turning to the left where cars often park to walk.

If you are coming from the Paignton/Newton Abbot road (called Hamelin way or Hellevoetsluis Way) then

Turn towards Torquay onto the Marldon road and then turn right in 50-100 yards to a road where cars often park to walk

Go through the area of car parking and go on straight at the end.

Follow the large white Torbay Party barn signs

The road becomes a narrow one way road. Keep going

You start to enter a farm with a cow barn on the right hand side

Park in the field opposite this - it is signposted

then walk further down the track/road into the farm and you will find the barn
