New for 2017, we're rolling out our Power Hours and they are certainly sessions you don't want to miss! The two-day programme taking place Friday 12th – Saturday 13th May will feature industry-renowned double acts and panel discussions, all delivering their thoughts and advice on hard-hitting topics that will make a tangible difference to you and your practice.

There will be eight Power Hour sessions over the two days and here's what they will look like:

Why you need to listen to what your numbers are saying. Discover the importance of financial figures in your practice, from learning how you can increase your profits to thinking about the financial decisions that could lead to a happy retirement. 

How to achieve more by aiming higher. Les and David will give you the inspiration that you need to make that leap of faith and release the hidden potential in your practice. If you've got goals or dreams that you want to make a reality then this is a Power Hour that you cannot miss!

How to stay on the right side of employment law and the CQC. This panel discussion, hosted by Practice Plan's Nigel Jones, is set to address key CQC issues and dilemmas. Hear from industry experts on how to comply with the CQC and tackle those tricky employment law problems.

How to attract more patients and retain the ones you already have. The dynamic duo will take you through how you can perfect your patient experience, from the first enquiry through to getting new patients registered on your books. 

How a 10% push can help boost your income in the next 12 months. In this lively session Les and Simon will take you through the simple changes that you and your team can make to give your practice that 10% push.
