In-Person Guidelines

• Get your passes and delegate ID cards at the registration desk @ 8 A.M at venue. No Individual is allowed to enter the event premises without a valid government ID.
• Collect your Delegate bags by showing your Delegate ID card at the designated desk.
• No late admissions are allowed to avoid disruptions.
• Maintain professional conduct and decorum of the place.
• Silence your electronics during the presentations
• Avoid consumption of food or beverages during the event
• Keep personal belongings secure.
• Organizers will not be liable for any loss.
• No photography/videography is allowed unless prior permission is granted.
• Park your vehicles at the designated place to avoid hassle
