Campfire Cask Aged Gin Distillery Cocktail Demo

For our upcoming spring Distillery Cocktail Demo, we're thrilled to introduce you to our award-winning Campfire Cask Aged Gin, recently crowned England's Best Matured Gin by the esteemed World Gin Awards international judging panel. Join us for an exploration into this exceptional gin, which has earned many accolades for its versatility and exceptional flavour profile.

Crafted from the same ten botanicals as our beloved Campfire London Dry and Campfire Navy Strength Gins, albeit with slightly adjusted ratios, Campfire Cask Aged Gin undergoes a unique ageing process that sets it apart. Following distillation in our 200-litre still, Amelia, the gin is decanted into American oak ex-bourbon barrels, where it is aged three times for specific durations – though we'll leave the exact timing to the imagination, as it's one of our closely guarded secrets!

During its time in the barrels, this gin develops an array of additional flavours, aromas, and a captivating golden hue, thanks to the transformative effects of barrel ageing. The result is a spirit that exudes complexity and depth, ready to elevate any cocktail experience.

With a prestigious World Gin Awards Gold Medal adorning our Campfire Cask Aged Gin, you can rest assured that our upcoming Distillery Cocktail Demo will feature three world-class cocktails crafted to showcase the full potential of this exceptional gin.

Choose your session

We have two sessions at 1pm and 3pm. 20ml taster samples of each of the three cocktails will be served. Each session will last approx 60 mins.

Tickets £5 per person plus booking fee. Over 18s only.

Special gift from us

Each ticket holder will receive a unique 5cl miniature wood aged version of Campfire Old Tom Gin. Ticket holders must attend the event on the day to receive their special gift.

The cocktails may include egg, cream and nuts.
