Family Summer Camp 2015

General Terms and Conditions for Participants to RABITAH Camps and other events 

1. Registration fees

All event participants must pay the fee prior to arrival at the camp venue. Participants are also advised to have a copy of their tickets when going to the meeting point for the coach or at the venue if coming by car just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be notified in by phone or email to the camp organising committee (phone: 07944688690 or Email: rabitah.muslimyouth@gmail.com).

Cancellations received 14 days prior the first day of the event will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of 10% of the fee. Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are liable for the full registration fee.

Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from RABITAH. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.

3. Liability

RABITAH reserves the right to amend any part of the Camp programme if necessary at any time.

RABITAH will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by attendees or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Camp or related events.

In the event of any disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, RABITAH accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by attendees.

4. Privacy Legislation

In registering for RABITAH Camps, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all attendees. Normally this information would be: name, surname, postal address and email address. These details may also be available to parties directly related to the Camp including the venues and accommodation providers. RABITAH may use these details to inform current participants of Camp updates or future events via email. Participants are responsible for advising RABITAH if they do not wish to have their email addresses included in the camp participant list or RABITAH’s distribution list for future events.
