We are hearing more and more about Agile and why we should be using it so we want to make sure we all know what it is and how we can use Agile in Digital.

The Lego4Scrum game is an interactive scrum simulation exercise which uses Lego bricks to develop an understanding of Agile, facilitate team work and highlight the importance of collaboration in scrum. The workshop takes approximately 3 hours to complete. The agenda item includes;

• Overview of agile and the delivery methodology

• Provide an opportunity for trainees to understand how user stories are prioritised and estimated, how a backlog is created and maintained and the various steps in a typical sprint, including planning, developing, demoing and reflecting

• Learn about the different stakeholders involved in agile delivery (Scrum Master, Product Owner etc.)

• Have fun and be creative!
