What personal data we collect and why?:
Your contact information (name and email address) is collected for the purposes of registration and any other planning activities relating to the competition day. Please note we will not store any athlete's personal data, we do not have a server database to do this. We do not and will not share or profit from your contact information.
Media
Photos/videos will be taken on the day. We may use these photos/videos from the competition on our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram) but only with your permission. There will be no reference to names and we will remove any photos/videos by request.
