Program Description 

Rishikul Yogshala is a certified Yoga School focused on providing traditional teachings of Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. The spiritually sublime town is crowded with a huge number of Yoga enthusiasts. There are several Yoga schools which promote the traditional teachings of Yoga divided into categories of courses. 300-Hour Yoga course is a 2-month Yoga course, which allows the participants to teach Yoga as a Registered Yoga Trainer after the completion of this program.

Food is prepared by hand-picked, fresh organic herbs especially instructed by the chefs who have deep knowledge and experience regarding the Yogic Cuisine. The mount-watering plus nutritious food is served thrice a day. Also, the diet is purely vegetarian and Sattvic which impeccably fulfills the need of participants who are undergoing the training process. You would also be provided the herbal drinks and green tea etc.
