Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales – Reach Conference 2023 on October 13, 2023
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and transfer of tickets for the Reach Conference 2023 ("Event"). By purchasing or transferring a ticket, you ("Ticket Holder") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Ticket Purchase and Transfer:
1.1. Tickets for the Event can be purchased through Bookitbee/LIVE IT.
1.2. Tickets are transferrable to individuals within the same organization as the Ticket Holder.
1.3. Any name changes for transferred tickets must be communicated via email to the event organizer at least 14 days prior to the Event. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry.
2. Ticket Validity:
2.1. Each ticket is valid for one individual only and grants access to the Event.
2.2. Tickets are non-transferable to individuals outside the Ticket Holder's organization.
2.3. Tickets cannot be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without the explicit written consent of the event organizer.
3. Refunds and Cancellations:
3.1. A refund of 50% of the ticket fee will be provided for cancellations made up to 2 months (60 days) prior to the date of the Event.
3.2. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 2 months (60 days) of the date of the Event.
3.3. To request a refund, the Ticket Holder must contact the event organizer in writing, providing the necessary details for processing the refund.
4. Ticket Usage and Entry:
4.1. Ticket Holders must present a valid ticket (either physical or digital) and a business card with the ticket holders name on it for entry into the Event.
4.2. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Ticket Holder who fails to comply with these Terms or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations:
5.1. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including but not limited to the schedule, speakers, and venue. In the event of any significant changes, reasonable efforts will be made to inform Ticket Holders in advance.
5.2. In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the Event, the event organizer will provide information regarding rescheduling or refund options, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1. The event organizer, its affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from attendance at the Event, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
6.2. Ticket Holders are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Event and should exercise reasonable care and caution.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event takes place.
7.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
8. GDPR and Data Privacy:
8.1. Purpose of Processing. The purpose of processing your personal data is to sell tickets to The Conference. We will use your email address and phone number to send you confirmation of your purchase, event updates, and other information related to The Conference. We may also use your personal data to contact you about other events or products that we offer.
8.2. Lawfulness of Processing. We are processing your personal data with your consent. By providing your email address and phone number, you are consenting to us using your personal data for the purposes set out above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at extraordinarygoals@reachpersonalinjury.com
8.3. Data Retention. We will retain your personal data for a period of 7 years after the event. After this time, we will delete your personal data.
8.4. Your Rights. You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
8.4.1. The right to access your personal data;
8.4.2. The right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
8.4.3. The right to have your personal data deleted;
8.4.4. The right to restrict the processing of your personal data;

By purchasing or transferring a ticket to the Event, the Ticket Holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The LIVE IT Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to bookings made using the LIVE IT platform.
