Warsash Spring Series 2016

Fun series of weekend racing in the Solent

Boat Based, Port Hamble Marina, Hamble, United Kingdom

What you need to know

The Warsash Spring Series offers fantastic competitive racing early in the season, and the Sailing Logic programme combines race-training and round the cans racing in a popular weekend format on board Galahad, our Beneteau First 40 racing yacht.

Training

The Warsash Spring Series takes place over 6 weekends and racing is always on the Sunday. Every other Saturday is designated as a training day to provide tuition and coaching covering all the manoeuvres to accelerate the learning experience. After training we berth back in Hamble for Saturday nights, so you can either stay on board or ashore in a local B&B (see accommodation options below).

Full Series

Join the full series to really see your racing improve. Returning each week provides a fantastic opportunity to race in a variety of conditions and to build on your learnings from previous weeks. It is very social series as you gel with your team throughout the series. Please note, there is a lay weekend (no racing) over the Easter weekend.

Weekend Pair

Due to the popularity of the weekend pair option in the Winter Series, Sailing Logic are now offering you the chance to book any 'weekend pair'. The weekend pair option includes one full weekend (with training on Saturday and racing on Sunday) followed by Sunday only racing the following week.

If you are completely new to yacht racing, we suggest you join our Introduction to Racing weekend in early March, and then join weekend pair 2 or 3.

Special Offer

If you book a weekend pair or full Spring Series to receive a discount on our Race Development Course in March 2016, which is a great way to ensure you are ready for racing action!  A weekend pair is also fantastic way to brush up your skills ahead of Antigua Sailing Week or the new Voiles de St Barth Caribbean regattas!
