Booking Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Security Careers Festival 2027, you agree to the following:

• Attendance: The event is free to attend. Places are subject to availability, and advance registration is required.
• Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please notify the organisers so your place can be released.
• Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme, speakers, exhibitors or event arrangements, or to cancel the event where necessary.
• Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow delegates, speakers, exhibitors and event staff. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone behaving inappropriately.
• Photography: Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional and reporting purposes. Please notify the organisers if you have any concerns about appearing in photographs or recordings.
• Personal Data: Your registration information will be processed by The Security Institute for event administration in accordance with our Events Privacy Notice. Any optional marketing communications or sharing of your contact details with           participating organisations will be subject to appropriate data protection arrangements and your preferences.
• Contact: We will use the contact details you provide to administer your registration and send you important information about the Security Careers Festival 2027, including booking confirmation, joining instructions and any changes to event       arrangements.
• Evaluation: As part of our evaluation of the Security Careers Festival, we will contact attendees approximately six months after the event, with an optional survey, to understand whether it has helped them explore or progress their career in       security.
