South Hampstead High School (SHHS) Year 7 Girls look forward to welcoming friends from nearby schools to their annual disco!

We anticipate 300 pupils in total, and the disco will be held in the SHHS Sports Hall. There will be adult supervision. 

ELIGIBILITY

SHHS Year 7 Disco is open to all the SHHS Year 7 pupils as well as Year 7 guests from a few local schools (who will be able to book through a separate link).

TICKET POLICIES

Tickets cost £30 each and include entrance to the disco and enjoyment of all food, drinks and amenities (i.e. music, photobooth, food). Funds are paid directly into a bank account in the name of Friends of South Hampstead (FOSH), a non-profit association.

One ticket per pupil may be purchased. The SHHS ticket link is strictly reserved for SHHS Year 7 girls only. Guests from local schools will be able to book through a separate link. 

We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that contravene the ticket policies.

INFORMATION REQUIRED

In order to ensure everyone's safety during the event, when booking you will be asked to provide:

1. The attendee's full name, school and year

2. Parent or legal guardian contact details (full name, email and telephone number)

3. Food allergies 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Upon arrival at registration, each attendee will be checked in and given a registration number, which will be marked on their wristband. This number will align with their coat, if one is checked-in. When departing, the registration number is crossed-out, showing they have been checked out. Once checked out, re-entrance to the disco will not be permitted.

Parents or legal guardians comfortable with their child making their way home (this includes departing the school independently to meet a parent or legal guardian waiting nearby), must explicitly authorise this at the time of booking.  Please be aware that once a pupil is signed-out and allowed to leave they are no longer FOSH/SHHS responsibility.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

So we can plan the menu to accommodate all pupils, you will be asked if the attendee has any allergies (eg. gluten, nuts - please be as specific as possible), and if their dietary preference is vegetarian. 

DECLINE PURCHASE PROTECTION

Please decline this website's purchase protection offer, which cannot be turned off. As organisers we will refund tickets for children who can no longer attend.
