SHHS Year 8 Disco - Guest School Ticket (Haberdashers' Boys)

Tickets cost £28 each and include entrance to the disco and enjoyment of all food, drinks and amenities (i.e. music, photobooth, food). Funds are paid directly into a bank account in the name of Friends of South Hampstead (FOSH), a non-profit association.

One ticket per pupil may be purchased. 
 

INFORMATION REQUIRED

In order to ensure everyone's safety during the event, when booking your will be asked to provide:

1. The attendee's full name, school and year
2. Parent or legal guardian contact details (full name, email and telephone number)

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Upon arrival at registration each attendee will be requested to provide their name and given a wristband. Their name will be marked on their wristband.  They should avoid taking a coat for check-in.  When departing their name is crossed-out, showing they have been checked out. Once checked out, re-entrance to the disco will not be permitted.

Parents or legal guardians comfortable with their child making their way home (this includes departing the school independently to meet a parent or legal guardian waiting nearby), must explicitly authorise this at the time of booking.  Please be aware that once a pupil is signed-out and allowed to leave they are no longer FOSH/SHHS responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: No child will be admitted to the disco without a valid ticket. Attendee names will be checked at the door, so if you sell or give your ticket to a friend, you must email us (shhs.disco@gmail.com) with the details of the new attendee.

SPECIAL DIET REQUIREMENTS

So we can plan the menu to accommodate all pupils, you will be asked in your booking if the attending pupil has any allergies. (eg. gluten, nuts - please be as specific as possible), and if their dietary preference is vegetarian. 

DECLINE PURCHASE PROTECTION:

Please decline this website's purchase protection offer, which cannot be turned off. As organisers we will refund any ticket price for children who can no longer attend.
