Year 7 Girls look forward to time with friends from nearby schools for an evening of dancing and fun!

ELIGIBILITY

• The Year 7 Disco is open to all SHHS Year 7 pupils, as well as Year 7 guests from a few local boys' and girls' schools.
• This is a strictly Y7 event, guest list will be confirmed with participating schools. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

• This is a phone-free event - students are encouraged to leave their phones in their checked-in bag or jacket. 
  
• A student is allowed to keep their phone in their pocket; however, they will not be allowed to use it. If they do use it, they will be asked to put it away by the volunteers. 
  
• Students are reminded that respectful behaviour towards staff and parent volunteers is expected at all times. Anyone who does not adhere to this will be asked to leave, and their parent/guardian will be contacted.
  
• Students are reminded that both verbal and physical aggression towards other students will not be tolerated, and they will be required to leave the event immediately. 

TICKET POLICIES

• Tickets are limited to 300 Year 7 pupils.
• Only one ticket may be purchased. Multiple bookings from the same email address are not permitted.
• Tickets cost £30 each and include entrance to the disco and enjoyment of all food, drinks and amenities (i.e. music, photobooth, food).
• Funds are paid directly into a bank account in the name of Friends of South Hampstead (FOSH), a non-profit association.
• We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that contravene the ticket policies
  
  PLEASE NOTE: No child will be admitted to the disco without a valid ticket. Attendee names will be checked at the door, so if you sell or give your ticket to a friend, you must email us (Y7shhs.disco@gmail.com) with the details of the new attendee.

SUPERVISION AND CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT

• This event is organised by SHHS parents and FOSH, and is not a school event. 
• There will be adult supervision (Y7 Parent Volunteers) throughout, with a strict check-in and check-out process in place
• Check-In: Each attendee will be checked in and given a registration number, which will be marked on their wristband. This number will align with their coat and bag, if one is checked-in.
• Check-out: When departing, the registration number is crossed-out, showing they have been checked out. Once checked out, re-entry to the disco will not be permitted.
• Parents or legal guardians who are comfortable with their child making their way home (including departing the school independently to meet a parent or legal guardian waiting nearby) must explicitly authorise this at the time of booking. 
• Please be aware that once a pupil is signed out and allowed to leave, they are no longer FOSH's responsibility.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

So we can plan the menu to accommodate all pupils, you will be asked if the attendee has any allergies (eg, gluten, nuts - please be as specific as possible), and if their dietary preference is vegetarian. 

DECLINE PURCHASE PROTECTION

Please decline this website's purchase protection offer, which cannot be turned off. As organisers we will refund tickets for children who can no longer attend.
