SIPHER Full Team Meeting  - Wednesday 20  - Thursday 21 March 2024

With one year to go until the end of SIPHER, this event will seek to review, discuss and explore aspects of our current work with a focus on Qualitative Outputs.

The Final Agenda will be circulated prior to the event  - Draft Timings below

Day 1 - Wednesday 20 March

• 12.30pm   -  Welcome / Lunch 
• 5.30pm    -  Close
• 7.30 - 9.30pm   -  SIPHER Team Dinner

Day 2 - Thursday 21 March 

• 9am  - Welcome
• 1.30pm   -  Lunch
• 2.30pm  -   Close

FAQ's

What is the deadline for confirming my attendance?

Confirmation is required by 12 noon on Friday 16 February.

I am presenting - what do I need to do /bring?

Please use SIPHER's new slide template and send an advance copy for sharing on Google Docs & upload on the day. Bring your presentation on a drive as back up. Hint - include a link to your online presentation in a header slide eg QR code. Helen & Alison can assist - sipher@glasgow.ac.uk

Can I book a seperate meeting room during this event?

Yes - The ARC offers a number of areas to meet and access to a dedicated meeting room and refreshments will be available from 11:00 on Wednesday. In addition we will try and accommodate any additional meeting room requests . Please contact Helen - sipher@glasgow.ac.uk with details of the day, time, and number attendees.

Will there be wifi?

The ARC is covered by Eduroam but for those delegates unable to use this link a GU visitor wifi is available. Details will be provided in the meeting.

I am running late/had to change my plans - who do I contact?

Please email sipher@glasgow.ac.uk as soon as possible. If its on the day please include your mobile number if an urgent reply is required. Confirmation we have recieved your message will be sent.
