SIPHER Final Team Meeting 

Wednesday 13 & Thursday 14 November 2024

You are warmly invited to this final team meeting, where we'll wrap up our project, review our final report, and celebrate all that we’ve accomplished together. With discussions around ensuring our legacy and work is as widely available as possible, and details of our SIPHER Showcase event for stakeholders next March.

The Agenda will be circulated prior to the event  - approximate outline timings below are to assist with your planning.

Day 1 - Wednesday 13 November 

• From 1130am  -  Arrival / Coffee
• 1.00pm   -  Welcome / Lunch 
• 5.30pm    -  Close
• 7.30 - 9.30pm   -  SIPHER Team Dinner

Day 2 - Thursday 14 November

• 9am  - Welcome
• 1.30pm   -  Lunch
• 2.00pm  -   Close

FAQ's

What is the deadline for confirming my attendance?

Confirmation is required by 5pm on Friday 18 October 2024.

May I suggest an item for the agenda?

We would welcome suggestions for the Directorate to review. Please forward to sipher@glasgow.ac.uk as soon as possible.

Can I book a seperate meeting room during this event?

Use the booking form to highlight any additional requirements and we wil do our best to accomodate these. The Hotel offers a number of public areas to meet and refreshments will be available from 11:00 on Wednesday.

I am presenting - what do I need to do /bring?

Please use SIPHER slide template and send an advance copy for sharing on Google Docs & upload on the day. Bring your presentation on a drive as back up. Hint - include a link to your online presentation in a header slide eg QR code. Helen & Alison can assist - sipher@glasgow.ac.uk

Will there be wifi?

Yes, details will be provided in the meeting.

I am running late/had to change my plans - who do I contact?

Please email sipher@glasgow.ac.uk as soon as possible. If its on the day please include your mobile number if an urgent reply is required. Confirmation we have recieved your message will be sent.
