Medicine Making Workshop

Join Lily of the Herbs for a half-day, hands-on exploration of Elemental Herbalism. This workshop is a practical and embodied dive into the five elements that exist within all living beings and plants. Through guided medicine-making and elemental practices, participants will connect deeply with:

• Ether: Plant meditation
• Air: Incense making
• Fire: Tincture making
• Water: Syrups
• Earth: Balms

You’ll leave the workshop with a handmade booklet of recipes and instructions, along with your own crafted medicines to continue your practice at home.

About Your Facilitator
Lily is a wild herbalist based in Victoria with a lifelong connection to plants. With a background in propagation, permaculture, and a Bachelor of Health Science specializing in Western Herbal Medicine, she blends her knowledge with a passion for reconnecting people to plants and their bodies. As a Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner and herbalist, Lily has been running workshops on herbalism and embodiment for the past three years. She also creates and sells a range of handcrafted elixirs.

Whether you're new to herbalism or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers an enriching alternative to conventional training.
