STUDENT CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, AND REFUND POLICY FOR PAID ONLINE COURSES
Students enrolled with a payment plan are responsible for paying for the course in full. Payments for payment plans are withdrawn automatically monthly or weekly and there is no option to stop payment once the student has enrolled with a payment plan unless enrollment is canceled within the first 14 days after enrolling. Manuals must be returned by post. An administrator fee of $20 will be deducted from refunds if they are requested within 14 days of enrollment.
