TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Please read the following terms & conditions of booking before signing your registration form or completing your online booking.

BOOKING FOR THE EVENT

1. When you have decided to attend the event online registration must be completed.

2. Jersey Independent Lifeboat Association cannot be held responsible for lost applications or any other means.

3. A confirmation email will be sent as acknowledgement of your place. Confirmation of your place is only valid once an email has been received.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

4. Due to limited numbers, please inform an organiser if you cannot attend the event so we can release your ticket. 

CHANGES MADE BY 3D

5. JLA reserve the right to make changes to the event due to any unforeseen cause. All changes will be considered either a significant change or a minor change. A significant change is a change of venue. All other changes are minor changes. We have the right to make minor changes at any time. 

LAW

6. Jersey law shall apply to any claim against JLA and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the Jersey courts.
