What is this notice for?

This notice explains what we do with your personal data and the steps we take to keep it secure. It explains when and how we collect personal data, who we share it with, how we process it and what your rights are in respect of the personal data processing we carry out.

When do we use your personal data?

We believe that a good customer experience means:

• Providing you with the products and services you want

• Keeping you safe whilst we entertain you

To do these things well, we need to process some of your personal data.

We don’t keep your personal data for any longer than we need it. Please contact us regarding our retention periods if you have any queries.

Photographs and videos

We will be using photos and videos as part of our media campaign to promote the Soho Food Feast.

By attending Soho Food Feast, you give consent to us to use images of yourself caught in video recordings, and/or photographs, taken/recorded by Soho Food Feast organisers.

You consent to them being used for marketing and publicity related purposes. You understand that they may be published on social media channels or on associated websites.

You understand that:

• Your images will be held in accordance with the GDPR guidelines (the General Data Protection Regulation);
• You can ask Soho Food feast to stop using my images at any time, in which case efforts will be taken to prevent them being used in future digital and offline publications but they may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
