This workshop is about stimulating conversation and improving 

wellbeing, through the sharing of stories of our favourite things.

Andy Copps will share tips and techniques in how to find

our stories, using keepsake memorabilia, photos, books, 

music, precious items and memories.

Once stories have been found, Andy will demonstrate various ways

in which these stories may be shared.

This is a relaxed gathering and attendees are encouraged to 

bring along a notebook/pen and a small ‘favourite thing’, 

that has a story to tell.
