If you are bereaved or if you have or are caring for someone with a terminal or life limiting illness and could do with a little support please come along to the Compassionate Cafe at WellFest 2025.

Bio:

Jackie is a trained Counsellor, trained in Mindfulness & has worked in the NHS Talk Therapy service. Jackie runs a regular compassionate cafe at the Courtyard Cafe in Torpoint.
