Trained with the UK College of Sound Healing, Teresa uses her voice, singing and chanting, and specially chosen instruments: Tibetan bowls, gong, drums, rattle and others, also, most important, the silences between the sounds. During the sound bath you will deeply rest and relax, and just allow time to BE in the moment, and go inwards. Sound Healing is an ancient practice currently enjoying resurgence. Everything in the Universe vibrates at its own individual frequency, including the human body. We can bring ourselves back into alignment by using sympathetic vibrations and resonance.

Bio

Teresa is a fully qualified Sound Healing Practitioner and a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. She qualified with the College of Sound Healing UK in 2016, and has successfully helped many individual clients with physical, emotional and energetic issues. She is a Member of the College of Sound Healing, and of the Complementary Medical Association. Teresa holds individual sound healing sessions in her Mongolian Yurt above the sea, where the calming and energising sound of trees and waves is a background to her vocal sounds. She also holds Sound Baths for groups including neuro-divergent groups on a regular basis both at the Fort and around Cornwall.
