Rooted in the Himalayan yogic tradition and the Sattva Yoga teachings, this journey invites deep inner transformation through accessible, embodied tools. Expect shaking, stillness, presence and a return to Self.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a drink.

Bio:

Charlotte Holmes is a yoga teacher, retreat facilitator and movement guide. Her work integrates kriya, pranayama, asana, mantra, meditation, free movement and deep inner inquiry to support people in returning to their true nature. She is co-founder of Insight Out, an online membership offering embodied spiritual practice, and teaches internationally splitting her time between India and the UK. Charlotte’s offerings are rooted in integrity, play, and real-world transformation, drawing from both ancient wisdom and lived experience. Her passion is creating brave and beautiful spaces for people to remember their power, their presence and their truth.
