Come and discover how Human Design can help you understand and embrace yourself and the people around you better. Human Design is based on the idea that each person is born with a unique energy blueprint, which is determined by their birth date, time and place. This blueprint can be used to understand a person’s personality, strengths, weaknesses and life purpose. Human Design is a self-knowledge tool that can help you navigate life, to discover your authentic self and how to make decisions that are most aligned with your design. It is also called the science of differentiation, because it shows how we are all different and how we can best use our strengths and interact with others.

Bio:

Dr Johanneke Kodde has been a Medical Doctor for more than 20 years and an NHS GP for over 15 years. She has  a coaching and mentoring qualification and knows many techniques to develop insight into thoughts and feelings. She is also an experienced trainer and educator for foundation doctors and GPs, which has given her invaluable communication and teaching skills. In her independent work as Body Mind Soul Doctor, she has explored the Human Design charts of hundreds of people and found this process always amazingly helpful and empowering.  The process of understanding ourselves better and embracing who we truly are inevitably leads to better physical and mental health as well.
