Take a journey of self-discovery through a guided meditation inspired by quantum and spiritual themes. Sarah will gently lead you into a deeply relaxed state, offering space for reflection, renewal, and connection. You’ll be invited to explore visualisations around energy flow, the chakra system, and your own inner wisdom.

During this experience, you may feel a sense of release or gain new insights as you explore imagery of past or parallel lifetimes. Each person’s journey is unique, and this session is intended as a supportive and meditative practice to inspire clarity, balance, and personal growth.

Bio:

Sarah is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner & Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Multi-dimensional Soul Integration Practitioner and Soul Centre Healing Hypnosis Practitioner.
