Soundbath with Jo Thompson from Meliorate

Hello Wellfest-ers!

I warmly invite you to attend a deeply soothing and relaxing immersion in sounds and vibrations to aid restoring your calm and rebalancing your energies at a Meditation Soundbath hosted by Meliorate.
This group Soundbath uses crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the seven main chakras and gentle percussion instruments to guide you on a meditation through sound to help in finding peace, calm, rejuvenation and feel a deep sense of relaxation.
I look forward to taking you on a journey through resonance to relaxation.

Jo also hosts several open group Meditation Soundbaths around Plymouth & the South Hams and can be booked for private Soundbath experiences as well.

Meliorate is owned and operated by Jo Thomson, an Holistic Wellbeing Therapist who works throughout Plymouth, east Cornwall and the South Hams regions.
