Donations are made on the day at the start of the event. Please give what you can, suggested donation for each event is Concession £3, General £5, Give a little more £7.50. Any donation is gratefully received, please give as you are able. Thankyou!

Soundbath with Jo Thompson from Meliorate

Hello Wellfest-ers!

I warmly invite you to attend a deeply soothing and relaxing immersion in sounds and vibrations to aid restoring your calm and rebalancing your energies at a Meditation Soundbath hosted by Meliorate.
This group Soundbath uses crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the seven main chakras and gentle percussion instruments to guide you on a meditation through sound to help in finding peace, calm, rejuvenation and feel a deep sense of relaxation.
I look forward to taking you on a journey through resonance to relaxation.

Jo also hosts several open group Meditation Soundbaths around Plymouth & the South Hams and can be booked for private Soundbath experiences as well.
