At WellFest, I invite you to experience the restorative power of sound and frequency. My soundbaths provide a nurturing group setting designed to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and wash away daily worries. Allow yourself the gift of deep relaxation and inner peace as you are held in the gentle embrace of healing vibrations. These soothing frequencies can calm the nervous system, guiding you into deep relaxation. They can also help realign your energy centre's—clearing blockages and encouraging a natural flow of vitality. As sound waves move through you, they can support healing on a cellular level, improve circulation, and lift emotional heaviness, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace.

Bio:

My name is Tracey Teague, and I live and work within the beautiful Rame Peninsula. As a Sound and Vibrational Practitioner, Reiki-trained healer, and qualified florist, my journey has been deeply rooted in care and connection. For over two decades, I have worked with survivors of abuse, a calling that has shaped my passion for supporting those facing life's challenges—whether it be anxiety, depression, stress, tension, or emotional and physical imbalances.
