 The Menopause Redefined, from Struggle to Opportunity with Dr Johanneke Kodde

One of my greatest passions is to help women through the turbulent waters of the (peri)menopause and beyond. I have extensive experience advising on and prescribing HRT and contraceptives. Even though I have seen many benefits and success stories, I also believe that it can distract from the true value of this transition and keep women trapped in unrealistic expectations from themselves and the world around them.

Bio:

I have been a Medical Doctor for more than 20 years and an NHS GP for over 15 years. I have a coaching and mentoring qualification and know many techniques to develop insight into thoughts and feelings. I am also an experienced trainer and educator for foundation doctors and GPs, which has given me invaluable communication and teaching skills. My emphasis when teaching is on developing a real connection with patients and facilitating their path, never assuming that we know (better) what they experience or need but asking the right questions.
