Bookings, Payments & Admissions

1. Maximum number of 10 tickets per household. Tickets booked are only valid on night specified in ticket title. 

2. Seating is not allocated or reserved for this performance. Seating will be on a first come first serve basis, with SHHS reserving the right to move parties slightly to accommodate all audience members.

Cancellations and Refunds

3. No duplicate tickets will be issued if lost or stolen, similarly such tickets will not be refunded.

4. Tickets for this event are Non-refundable.

5. If purchased tickets are cancelled, no refund will be issued and tickets will re-enter circulation for resale. 

6. In the event of resale, the tickets will be resold via Bookitbee.

7. Any requirements for disability or access should be made aware to Waterlow Hall Management at waterlowhall@shhs.gdst.net. Following notification, every effort will be made to provide suitable arrangements.

Event Cancellations, Changes & Postponements

8. Decisions to cancel, change or postpone events are the responsibility of South Hampstead High School. Ticket buyers will be informed via contact email provided to such amendments.

9. In the event of a cancellation, South Hampstead high School cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur via travel, accommodation,  any other related goods or service or other compensation.

10. You should always check that an event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

11. In this instance in the event of cancellation refunds cannot be entertained.
