Southwold Sailing Club – Gig Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets & Entry

• All tickets are sold through Live It and must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.
• Each ticket admits one person and is only valid for the date and event stated.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for profit.
• Please bring proof of purchase (digital or printed ticket) and valid ID if requested.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling by the organisers.
• If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued automatically via Live It to the original payment method.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, or a refund may be requested within 14 days of notification.

3. Event Changes

• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the advertised line-up, timings, or running order without prior notice.
• Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

4. Behaviour & Safety

• Southwold Sailing Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Please follow all safety instructions from staff and stewards during the event.

5. Bar & Licensing

• Alcohol will be served to over-18s only. Proof of age may be required.
• The bar operates under club licensing laws; please drink responsibly.

6. Photography & Media

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
• By attending, you consent to your image being used for future promotional purposes.

7. Liability

• Southwold Sailing Club and event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except where required by law.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the ticket holder at all times.

8. Data Protection

• Personal information provided when booking is processed by Live It in accordance with their privacy policy and data protection laws.
