WEATHER

We will not cancel the event or refund for bad weather, our cabins are covered and our Band/ DJ playing inside. In the extreme case of snow on roads stopping play we will cancel the event & change the date 
As with all event tickets no refunds are permitted unless the event sells out and we can resell tickets

PRIVACY

We reserve the right to change any acts before or on the date of the event due to illness or they cannot perform at the event
