We will use your details only for the purposes of this event unless you give us permission before, during or after the event to the contrary. Your details will not be shared beyond St John's Church, Ravenhead unless you give us permission to the contrary before, during or after the event.

For the purposes of ticket purchasing and administration, should you book through this web portal, your details will be submitted to our ticketing partner, BookItBee, and then made available to us. This information is protected behind a strong password and BookItBee's security systems.

Terms and Conditions

We have tried to keep general admission ticket costs as low as possible for this event and will offer free tickets to anybody for whom the admission cost remains too high (please contact us in confidence for more information). One ticket per person attending (including children of all ages) must be produced on the evening to gain admission. To enable us to admit to you the event quickly, please bring a printed paper ticket with you.

You are welcome to use our free parking facilities on the evening but we are unable to guarantee a space. The area is covered by CCTV but we can cannot accept responsibility for your property while on the church grounds.

In the event of cancellation, we will attempt to contact you using the details you provide at the earliest opportunity and issue a refund of the face value of the ticket, but we are sorry that we will be unable to reimburse any other expenses occurred (for example, travel costs). In the event the concert is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid for the new date, though we will refund the face value if you are unable to attend.

On this occasion we are unable to provide a creche facility, however children are welcome to come to the concert.

Bookings made on this website will attract a small additional fee over the face value to cover the costs of card payment processing which will be made by Live IT.

Admission

As above, please bring a unique printed paper ticket for each person attending to enable us to admit you to the concert as quickly as possible.

Doors will open at 7pm. Please note a separate event will be taking place in St John's Community Centre, so admission to the concert will be through the St John's Church entrance from Crossley Road only.

Any remaining tickets will be available on the night on a first-come, first-served basis.
