Terms & Conditions:
Parent/carers must make collection instructions clear to children as to whether they should wait to be collected or to make their own way home after the camp.
Parent/carers must make collection arrangements clear to a member of Play Academy staff at the beginning of every day.
Any necessary medication should be brought to each session, clearly labelled and presented to the lead staff member on each day of attendance.
Photography will take place at all of our camps for use in Play Academy promotional material.
Please note that it is standard practice to send all Play Academy literature via email.
In the event of cancellation Play Academy will endeavour to notify Parents/Guardians with as much notice as possible.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF ABSENCE.
Play Academy endeavour to maintain the same coaching staff, however, there may be instances where replacements staff are used.
The Play Academy evacuation policy MUST be adhered to in the case of emergency.
Cancellation - In the unlikely event that a camp is under-subscribed the session will have to be cancelled. A change of date or refund will be offered in this event.
