Play Academy 2 Day October Holiday Sports Camp 23rd & 24th October

Terms & Conditions:

• Parent/carers must make collection instructions clear to children as to whether they should wait to be collected or to make their own way home after the camp.

• Parent/carers must make collection arrangements clear to a member of Play Academy staff at the beginning of every day.

• Any necessary medication should be brought to each session, clearly labelled and presented to the lead staff member on each day of attendance. 

• Photography will take place at all of our camps for use in Play Academy promotional material. 

• Please note that it is standard practice to send all Play Academy literature via email.

• In the event of cancellation Play Academy will endeavour to notify Parents/Guardians with as much notice as possible.

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF ABSENCE.

• Play Academy endeavour to maintain the same coaching staff, however, there may be instances where replacements staff are used.

• The Play Academy evacuation policy MUST be adhered to in the case of emergency. 

• Cancellation - In the unlikely event that a camp is under-subscribed the session will have to be cancelled. A change of date or refund will be offered in this event.

  • Play Academy reserve the right to terminate the camp for any attendees should they deem behaviour of the individual/individuals to be inappropriate.
