This full day event is organised by Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care Organisation in colaboration with Willowood Hospice.

A variety of exceptional speakers alongside patient  representatives to discuss recognising and responding to complexities in palliative care provision. There will be a selection of interative workshops for delegates to enhance their knowledge and skills.
