Location: The Event Location is near Oxford, exact gate location and directions are on your ticket. Buy one to find out where we are.

Arriving: The gates will open from 12pm on Friday

Drinking: The bars will be open from 3pm on Friday until midnight on Sunday.

Eating: Breakfast will be available from our cafe on Saturday and Sunday and we will be firing up a BBQ on saturday afternoon/evening.  On Sunday we will have pizza available from Phil and Romney's Pizza Van to keep us all going.

The party party stuff: A slight change of plan from our usual friday night. 

Firstly please let me thank you all for your support for our end-of-summer party.  Plans are going well and it's looking like being a cracking end to our summer program. 

I have however got to let you know that due to the large number of events that have been held on this site during the summer, the council has received a bit of pushback from the locals, and subsequently, they have, I'm sorry to say,  just told us that they are limiting the scope of our entertainment on the Friday night somewhat.  

We are still allowed to open the site on Friday afternoon as previously planned, we will have a bar and food available as usual, and despite the fact that we are not going to be switching on our main sound system until Saturday at 1130am please rest assured we shall be providing some great entertainment for you all on the Friday evening.  

There will be music playing, though not at the levels usually found at our events, and we are also planning a comedy game show and cabaret acts to be hosted by the hilarious  Chris Fitchew.

Alongside Chris we will have some great acoustic live music including the amazing Aleh's Love Revolution Brazilian experience,  and I am currently working on some further entertainment all of which I am sure will add up to a very entertaining evening.  

I hope you will all come down and support these great entertainers on Friday before we kick things off on Saturday at the earlier time of 1130am, when we will be turning on our outdoor system and letting our great line up of DJs get to work with their usual blend of dance music. 

Music on Saturday will continue right through till 4am Sunday and recommence for some afternoon party action at around midmay.

Please note this is on outline of the program and may well be subject to some changes but we will be emailing all guests a more detailed schedule closed to the day.

Camping: Please pitch your own tent WHEN YOU ARRIVE – or alternatively book a boutique tent and make it all effortless.

Campervans and live in vehicles: Please book a campervan pass if you want to bring a live in vehicle.

Arriving:  Gate will be open from 12PM Friday but in order to minimize disturbance to the locals we ask that you arrive before 11pm on friday or saturday nights the gate will be closed after 11 PM .

Leaving: We would like to have the site completely empty of both people and anything else at all (leave no trace) by Monday evening.

Rules: These are written in stone and for the uninitiated are:

• Have a good time
• Take your rubbish home
• Look after each other
• No Glass in the field AT ALL
• No entry after midnight on Saturday
