We invite you to join us at the iconic, newly re-opened Citizens Theatre in Glasgow on Wed 10th December 2025 for SGSAH’s annual pan-KE Hub event, this year looking at engaging with diverse audiences as part of research and beyond. The event will include short panel conversations and audience Q&As on identifying and engaging with audiences in a range of research contexts including museums, performance, curating and design. The panels will be followed by a networking buffet lunch, an interactive workshop on design-led techniques for mapping audience engagement and an optional behind-the-scene tours of the Citizens, a national landmark with a history of civic engagement and ground-breaking productions dating back to 1878.
This is a hybrid event with in-person space for up to 50 attendees, and zoom access possible for the first panel session from 10.15am-12.15pm.The event is part of SGSAH's Knowledge Exchange Hub's annual programme of training and is open to all PhD researchers in the arts and humanities, registered at Scotland's member HEIs.

-10.15-11.15: 4 x quick-fire industry panels with speakers specialising in museums, the design sector, performance/theatres and interviews.
-11.15-11.45: Coffee break and discussion around questions (break out groups online for zoom participants).
-11.45-12.15: Q&A/discussion
-12.15-1.00: Buffet lunch
-1.00-2.00: Workshop: Design-led techniques for mapping audience engagement
-2pm: Optional tour of the Citizens Theatre.
