The lawful basis for collecting this data is by consent. When you attend the meeting you provide consent and agree to the collection and processing of your personal data. 

Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data.

For the purpose of this event we will collect your name, phone number and email address.

This information will be shared with the venue for the purposes of security and fire safety and attendance tracking. Your information will not be shared with event exhibitors and commercial partners.
