Jim Green will talk about how estates risks can be managed within a Trust risk framework, from risk identification and mitigation, to securing stakeholder buy in and ensuring duty holder awareness. This section of the webinar will cover types of estates risk, their interrelationship with your asset management arrangements and how they can be managed and monitored within a GRC framework.

Bryony Green will then talk about how to ensure you are prepared for when the worst happens, by identifying potential risks and developing and maintaining an emergency and business continuity plans. The second half of the webinar will include a Trust's recent and ongoing experience of managing an emergency situation.
